A.Ray Hospitality is Nashville’s un-restaurant company. We focus on building brands that are resilient, attainable, timeless, and executable while creating experiences that blur the line between restaurant and bar.

Our concepts represent a comfortable “third place” where people can unwind and socialize outside of their home or office. We like to think our guests don’t need a special occasion or big plans to visit our restaurants. M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers – A friendly, neighborhood pub committed to serving you the best craft beer we can find from Nashville & beyond! We’re also passionate about amazing burgers and fresh, simple pub food. With over 90 craft beers, a full bar, lots of TVs, and an outdoor patio, it’s easy to see why M.L.Rose is Nashville’s favorite place to get out without getting fancy.

Von Elrod’s Beer Garden & Sausage House – Von Elrod’s is made for celebrating with beer and hand-cranked sausages grilled over live-fire. Rub elbows with old and new friends at a communal table for a craft beer from 36 taps. Our Germantown location, just across from First Tennessee Park, has a large patio with an outdoor bar that’s perfect for drinking beer, wine, or frozen drinks on tap.

The Sutler Saloon – A legendary bar with two distinctly different levels. The lively and rustic main-level Saloon features over 60 bourbon and whiskey offerings, craft beer on tap, fresh cocktails, authentic live music and Southern pub food served with Nashville hospitality. The Cellar is a sultry, speakeasy cocktail bar reminiscent of the prohibition era.

Melrose Billiard Parlor – Founded in 1944, Melrose Billiard Parlor is Nashville’s most iconic dive bar. We’re a classic bar offering drinks at yesteryear prices, pool, ping pong, games, and classic bar food. Dive on down to our underground hideaway and have a cold one in a bar that’s been loved for decades.
