EO Nashville member David Waddell recently shared a powerful reminder about what makes EO so impactful:
The sooner you embrace vulnerability, ask for help, and share what you're truly facing, the faster meaningful connections begin to form.
It's easy to make assumptions about the people in the room based on their success, titles, or accomplishments. But when the stories start being shared, you quickly realize that everyone has faced challenges, setbacks, uncertainty, and struggle along the way.
Authenticity builds trust. Transparency builds relationships. And often, the conversations we're most hesitant to have are the ones that create the strongest bonds.
The more willing we are to show up as ourselves, the more we discover we're not navigating entrepreneurship alone.
What's one lesson you've learned by being vulnerable with other entrepreneurs?
