Today, we celebrated more than a graduation.
We celebrated growth, commitment, and the courage to build something bigger than yourself. Our largest Catalyst class to date completed the journey, a group of founders who chose to sharpen their leadership, strengthen their businesses, and challenge the way they think.
Catalyst is where where entrepreneurs refine their foundation before stepping into the broader EO experience.
We’re proud of what this class accomplished, and we’re even more excited about what comes next.

Our EO Nashville Forum 33 Annual Retreat was a huge success!
A few jam-packed days of deep business conversations, meaningful growth with like-minded entrepreneurs who challenge and inspire me every year. There’s something powerful about getting in a room with people who truly understand the journey.
This year we kept it local with a Nashville staycation and it did not disappoint. We explored some of Nashville’s greatest spots, including a behind-the-scenes tour from former EO member, Tim Ozgener, of OZ Arts Nashville. Hearing the history of his family business was truly enlightening and such a reminder of the impact legacy and leadership can have over generations. (Thank you Tim!)
We closed out the week with a night of nonstop laughter at Zanies Nashville , the perfect way to celebrate a few days of big conversations and big ideas.
Already looking forward to another year of learning, evolving, and raising the bar together. 💪✨

Tuesday night, we had the privilege of hosting a legislative reception at The Hermitage Hotel in partnership with Launch Tennessee and Life Sciences of Tennessee.
When policymakers and entrepreneurs engage in meaningful conversation, we move closer to building an environment where innovation can thrive.
Our vision is clear. We want Tennessee to be known as a state where entrepreneurship is not only supported, but championed.
Thank you to the leaders and legislators who joined us and contributed to the conversation. The future of Tennessee’s business community is stronger when we build it together.

Some of the most valuable work does not happen behind a desk. It happens in conversation with people who understand the weight of leadership and are willing to challenge your thinking.
Workshops like this create room for clarity, better decisions, and stronger leadership.

Leadership is worth celebrating because it shapes more than outcomes. It shapes people.
Today is about the founders who lead with clarity, responsibility, and heart. The ones who create trust, invite accountability, and grow alongside their teams.
Who is a leader that has influenced how you show up in your business or life? Share their name or story in the comments.
Happy National Leadership Day.
